CONCORD, N.H. -- A man was arrested after an accident in Concord, and police said he was texting while driving.

Concord police said 23-year-old Joseph Cummings was reportedly driving erratically on Interstate 93 north of Exit 16 when he crashed into a truck Thursday night.

Cummings' vehicle spun out of control before stopping in the breakdown lane.

Everyone was OK, police said, but authorities charged Cummings with reckless driving and texting while driving.
